team
The majority of CMIAID Workers are in Moldova. We give thanks to God for for bringing together people from many nations to serve the Lord together in Moldova.
There are around 50 full time workers in Moldova. Many of these are Christians from the local area. Serving alongside them are people from Australia, United Kingdom, Romania, Russia and Armenia.
The CMIAID International Management Committee provides leadership and oversight for the ministry. In Moldova there is also a Senior Leadership Team that oversees the day to day operations of the organisation.

Matthew Hillier
President
Matthew is originally from Sydney, Australia. He and his wife Ruth live in Moldova with their three boys Samuel, Benjamin and Joshua. Ruth was born in the United Kingdom. Matthew and Ruth are commended to the work in Moldova by the Eastwood Christian Fellowship in Sydney, Australia. Matthew founded the work of CMIAID in 1988.
Dan Marianciuc
Vice-President
Dan is from Siret, Romania. He grew up in the Siret Assembly and now lives in Moldova with his wife Melissa and their three boys David, Alfie and Filip. Melissa is originally from Innisfail, Australia. Dan has been involved in the work of CMIAID since 2003.
Gordon Liddle
Secretary
Gordon is from Pakenham in south Melbourne, Australia. Gordon serves as an elder in the Pakenham Christian Assembly. He has been involved in the work of CMIAID since 2013. Gordon has made numerous trips too Moldova to conduct worker training, Bible study conferences and other areas of the work.

Daniel James
Medical Officer
Daniel is a medical doctor. He manages a local clinic in his home town of Wallaroo, South Australia. Daniel is also an elder in the Wallaroo Bible Fellowship. He has served on the IMC since 2015. Daniel frequently visits Moldova to participate in the work. In his medical capacity Daniel supervises any medical aspects of the work.
Michael Hewitt
Michael lives with his wife Caroline in Portadown, Northern Ireland. They have two grown up children living in the USA. He is in fellowship in the Ahorey Gospel Hall. Michael is a retired electrical engineer. Since 2012 he has organised for many teams to visit Moldova to help with CMIAID projects. He is also a Trustee of Simply Serving Ministries Trust, in Northern Ireland.
John Noble
John is a full-time worker with the Kingsgrove Gospel Chapel in Sydney, Australia. He is involved in youth work in Australia and New Zealand and has also helped out with Youth Camps in Moldova. John has been involved in the ministry of CMIAID since 2010.
Lynn McCrindle
Lynn is a retired school teacher. After her retirement she worked in the office of CMIAID in Sydney for many years, while also serving on the Committee. She has made numerous trips to Moldova and has a particular interest in the families and elderly people who are assisted through CMIAID projects.
Sergey Sidorenko
Sergey, along with his wife Irina, are full-time Christian workers in Russia. Sergey came to know the Lord Jesus in Scotland after receiving a Bible while visiting Peterhead as a sailor. He periodically visits Moldova to assist in the work and also brings teams of Russian Christians to help with the work.
Marylon Cross
Marylon lives in London and is one of the Trustees of CMIAID in the UK. Marylon has been involved with CMIAID since her husband Edwin (now with the Lord) provided CMIAID a place to use as an office in the UK in 1999. Marylon handles newsletter mailing and correspondence for CMIAID.
Ian Mears
Ian lives in London and is actively involved in the Straitsmouth Gospel Hall in Greenwich. Ian has been a Trustee of CMIAID UK since it was established in 2012. Ian does much of the administrative associated with the work in the UK.

Ruth Hillier
Prior to marrying Matthew and coming to Moldova, Ruth worked among children in Armenia for 10 years. Now, Ruth is mainly involved in Children's Ministry. Her main responsibilities include writing the script for the annual Christmas Presentation and preparing the lessons for the summer camps and Bible Clubs.
Daniel Korger
Daniel and his wife Roseanne are commended to the work in Moldova by the Innisfail Gospel Hall. Daniel teaches at CMIAID's Bethesda International Christian School in Zirnesti as well as supervising the Maintenance Department.
Ionut Lerca
Ionut and his wife Nico are originally from Romania. Ionut had been involved in youth work with Teen Ranch before joining the team in Moldova in September 2019. He is involved in Children's Ministries and supervises the Postal Bible School work.
Paul Marianciuc
Paul joined the team in Moldova as soon as he finished school in Romania in 2012. He has been working with CMIAID ever since! He and his wife Bianca are mainly involved in work among children. They also serve in many other parts of the work as well.
Lidia Potop
Lidia is from the Suceava region in Romania. She joined CMIAID in 2015. She serves as an Office Manager at the Bethesda Centre in Zirnesti, overseeing the many administrative tasks associated with the work in Moldova.
Mila Tanas
Mila is from Cahul, Moldova. She is the Manager of the CMIAID Social Assistance Program which looks after the provision of help to needy families and the elderly and the running of ministries like the Bethesda Soup Kitchen.
